Screening Details
This screening is designed to provide an overall developmental review to any child between the ages of 3 and 5 years old living within the School District of West Salem.  Parents will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding their child's development while their child participates in a play based universal screening, including hearing and vision screening. Specialists in the early childhood field will be available to address any questions or concerns raised by parents.
