You are required to submit proof of insurance before this event can be approved. If you have not submitted this information within the last year and do not include this information you will be contacted by the school district
If you are requesting a school facility we will be looking at your request and getting back to you in the near future. All requests for an event must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event date.
