4K Registration and Screening

Do you have a child who will be four years old by September 1, 2023? We are so excited to welcome our newest class of Panthers! 🐾

Registration and screening will take place on the evenings of Monday, February 20th or Thursday, February 23rd beginning at 5:30 p.m. Look for an email from the elementary school to sign up for a time. If you don't receive an email, please contact the elementary school office by calling (608) 786-1662 or emailing frank.jane@wsalem.k12.wi.us to pre-register!
