Construction Professionals of Tomorrow Scholarship

Construction Professionals of Tomorrow Scholarship Brickl Bros., Inc. has established a scholarship program to assist students who plan to pursue a four-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Structural Engineering. The program is provided and administered by Brickl Bros., Inc. Applicant Eligibility High school seniors at pre-selected Wisconsin and Minnesota school districts who plan to enroll full-time in a four-year Construction Management, Architecture, or Structural Engineering degree program at an approved college or university. Application deadline: March 31, 2023 Awards Scholarship recipients will receive $2,500 per semester while enrolled in college if they maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Recipients will receive $5,000 of student loan pay back per year for up to four years after college graduation while employed at Brickl Bros., Inc. for a total scholarship award of up to $40,000. Payment is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance in a full-time Construction Management program, continued paid summer employment at Brickl Bros., Inc. after graduation from high school and while enrolled in college, employment at Brickl Bros., Inc. after graduation and continuation of the program by Brickl Bros., Inc. Awards are for undergraduate programs only. Payment of Scholarships Scholarship payments are made to the college after student demonstrates successful academic standing for the prior semester. Post-study scholarship payments will be made on a yearly basis after graduation dependent upon continued successful employment at Brickl Bros., Inc. Recipient will forfeit scholarship payments due to the following events: o Recipient does not maintain 3.0 GPA while enrolled in college o Recipient does not continue enrollment in an approved program o Recipient does not remain employed at Brickl Bros., Inc. during summer breaks from college o Recipient does not continue employment at Brickl Bros., Inc. after college graduation Selection of Recipients Scholarship recipients are selected by the Brickl Bros., Inc. management team based on: • Academic record – must have ACT score of 26 or SAT score of 1240 or higher. • Essay • Topic: Who do you respect the most in your life and why? • 500-1,000 words in length • Must be hand-written AND typed • Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities • Future career aspirations in construction industry
