Becky Tower teaches Spanish I and II at West Salem High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in 6-12 Spanish and English Education and an ME-PD from UW-La Crosse.

I started teaching part-time at an area middle school. That job turned into teaching middle school Spanish and high school English. I then taught full time Spanish at an area high school.
Why did you become a teacher?
I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in third grade. I loved studying French in high school, and I loved my French teacher, who also taught English. She was very inspirational.
What do you love most about the West Salem School District?
I love that the teachers are passionate about what they teach. They truly want all kids to learn and succeed.
